    Did you know about the translated Spanish cookbook published by Phaidon. 1080 Recipes, I think, Apparently Spains best selling cookbook.

    Yep, I have two copies (in spanish and english). It’s kind of like Stephanie Alexander’s kitchen bible thing, so most of the recipes are fairly basic, moving on to quite adventurous…

    One I really like is Modern Spanish Cooking by Sam and Eaddy Hart.

    Just cooking up some Beef Cheek empanandas at the moment actually.
